In short, once we receive payment for your order we will kick off the process of getting your seeds delivered to your door. There are two different delivery times depending on if you purchase In-Stock vs Import On-Demand cannabis seeds.

In-Stock delivery times

  • 1-3 days
  • R100.00 nation wide over-night courier

Import On-Demand delivery times

  • 1 – 3 weeks wait in total
  • International import fee is free
  • R100.00 nation wide over-night courier (Once we receive the seeds in South Africa via International import)

Once you have placed you order, our supplier is automatically notified and will start preparing your seeds for shipping. When we have enough orders to make a small profit and cover the import fees (usually within 3-5 days), we bulk express import (2-3 days) the orders and package your individual order and send them via overnight courier – this is when you receive the tracking/waybill number. This is how we are able to give our customers great prices – a few days waiting in return for a honest markup 🙂

WE DO NOT open/reseal breeder packaging, all items are sealed in their original breeder packaging.

Track your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information (Waybill number). You may view your orders progress at anytime on your recent orders page by clicking on the order in question. Once on the “order details” page, you will see the tracking progress.

If you have your waybill number on hand, you may track your order below – fill in the details required by the form and click “Track”.

Alternatively you can track your order on The Courier Guy’s tracking page. Simply enter in your waybill number and click the “View details” button.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Payment

We only accept bank deposits / EFT’s via FNB. Please make sure to use your order number as the payment reference. Once we have received the funds in our account, we will update your order and you will receive a confirmation email.

How do I make a purchase?

To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping cart. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a Bank deposit / EFT to FNB. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation with your order number – If paying via Bank deposit / EFT to FNB, use your order number as the payment reference.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.
